Simply click the "log in" button on the navigation menu located on the top right of your screen. If you did not register yet, you must register first to log in. The register button can be found on the top right navigation menu. Once you click on the register button you will be taken to a registration form. All fields with an asterisk need to be filled in.
Click the register button when you finish filling out the form. After registering you can then log in.
Casting Sheets can be created once you are logged in.
When you're logged in, Click the "New" button on the top right navigation menu.
Then type the Sheet name, Select the Talent Type, and Click on the "Add Casting Sheet" button.
The "Casting Sheet" pull down menu defines the casting sheet you are currently working with.
You can make a casting sheet active by selecting it from the Casting Sheet pull down menu.
Once a casting sheet is active you can perform a Talent or Families/Couples search.
When you do a Search and search results come up on the page, you will see that each picture in a search result will display either a "Add to List" or "Remove From List".
If the talent/family/couple does not exist in your currently selected "Active Casting Sheet", then it allows you to "Add to List".
If the talent/family/couple exists in your currently selected "Active Casting Sheet", then it allows you to to "Remove From List".
Click, the "View/Email" button on the top right navigation menu.
Next, click the "email" link.
You can use the server email application or your own email application.
To use the Server email application, enter the recipients email address in the "email To:" field and click on the "Submit" button. To use your own email application, click on the link "(email Casting Sheet - Use Your Own...)"to the right of the "Email To:" field. Use your email application as usual.
